Gratitude
Happy Thanksgiving! Today's brief episode is all about gratitude. Rachel discusses how finding gratitude when your life isn't exactly where you want it to be or how you imagined it would be is possible and difficult at the same time. Gratitude can help you focus on what is there rather than what isn't. Rachel shares how using the DBT skill of "radical acceptance" helps with accepting reality as it is and can make finding gratitude a little bit easier.
