We’ll talk about why watching these breakdowns as “entertainment” is dangerous, how social media algorithms reward the spiral, and the very real harm that comes from enabling someone in crisis—whether you mean to or not. Most importantly, I’ll share what we can actually do as a community when we see something like this online.
